🕊️ Fear Not — Guard God’s Word Like Your Greatest Treasure
📖 Proverbs 7:2 “Keep my commandments and live! Guard my teaching as the apple of your eye.”

God does not call us merely to know His Word, but to guard it. The Hebrew word for “guard” carries the idea of carefully protecting and watching over something precious. Just as we instinctively protect the apple of our eye from danger, we are to guard God’s Word in our hearts.
Why? Because God’s commandments bring life. They are not a burden, but guidance that protects us from wrong paths, deception, and destructive decisions. Whoever carries God’s Word in their heart has a standard that remains firm even when opinions, feelings, or circumstances change.
đź“– Psalm 119:11
“I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.”
Jesus Himself lived by the Word of God. When the devil tempted Him in the wilderness, He answered every temptation with the words, “It is written.” God’s Word was not merely knowledge in His mind — it was the foundation of His life.
We also need this firm foundation. Whoever reads God’s Word daily, reflects on it, and trusts it will be strengthened in faith and able to face the challenges of life with wisdom.
đź“– James 1:22
“But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves.”
God’s Word is a precious treasure. The more room we give it in our hearts, the more it shapes our thinking, our decisions, and the entire course of our lives.
🙌 Therefore: Fear not — God’s Word guards you and leads you into life.
