🕊️ Fear Not — Remember God’s Faithfulness

📖 Psalm 77:11 “I will remember Yah’s deeds; for I will remember your wonders of old.”

When we go through difficult times, our attention often turns to the size of the problem. Doubts and worries can fill our hearts and cause us to forget how faithfully God has already acted in the past. That is why the psalmist chooses another way: he deliberately remembers the works of God.

God’s miracles do not belong only to the past. They are testimonies of His unchanging nature. The God who divided the sea, provided for Israel, and raised the dead to life is the same God who is still at work today. What He did in the past reveals who He still is today.

đź“– Hebrews 13:8
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”

Remembering what God has done strengthens our faith. It shifts our focus from our circumstances to the Lord. David did the same when he stood before Goliath. He remembered how God had already rescued him from the lion and the bear. Past victories became the foundation of his trust for the next battle.

đź“– 1 Samuel 17:37
“Yahweh who delivered me out of the paw of the lion and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine.”

Perhaps you cannot yet see a solution to your situation. Then do not first look for what God might still do, but remember what He has already done. His faithfulness has not changed, and His promises are still true today.

🙌 Therefore: Fear not — the same God who carried you yesterday will not abandon you tomorrow.
