🕊️ Fear Not — Pass On God's Works to the Next Generation
📖 Psalm 78:3–4 “Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children, telling to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, his strength, and his wondrous deeds that he has done.”

Faith was never meant for just one generation. God did not perform His miracles, demonstrate His faithfulness, and reveal His truth so that they would die with those who experienced them. His desire is that His works be passed on so that the next generation may also learn to trust Him.
Asaph reminds Israel that parents and ancestors had the responsibility to tell their children about God. Not only were His commandments to be passed on, but also personal testimonies. People often forget what God has done when no one speaks about it. Yet a testimony can awaken faith and bring hope.
📖 Deuteronomy 6:6–7
“These words, which I command you today, shall be on your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up.”
We also carry this responsibility. Perhaps you have experienced God's protection, healing, provision, or forgiveness. Do not keep these experiences to yourself. Tell your children, grandchildren, friends, or the people God has entrusted to you. Every story of God's faithfulness can be a seed from which new faith grows.
The Hebrew word for “telling” is סָפַר (sāfar – sah-FAR). It means not only to report, but also to recount carefully, to count, and to pass something on repeatedly. God's works are to be intentionally preserved and shared so that they will not be forgotten.
📖 Joel 1:3
“Tell your children about it, and have your children tell their children, and their children, another generation.”
Every testimony you share can bring a heart closer to God. Perhaps your very story will encourage someone to trust the Lord again.
🙌 Therefore: Fear not — Boldly tell others about God's faithfulness, because your testimony can awaken faith in the next generation.
