🕊️ Fear Not – True Knowledge Begins with Reverence
📖 Proverbs 2:5 “Then you will understand the fear of Yahweh, and find the knowledge of God.”

Many people want to know more about God. They read books, listen to sermons, and search for answers to life’s deepest questions. Yet Scripture teaches that true knowledge of God does not begin with information—it begins with the fear of the Lord. This fear is not terror or dread; it is a deep reverence that honors God, trusts Him, and desires to walk in His ways.
đź“– Proverbs 9:10
“The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.”
The more we draw near to God, the more we discover who He truly is. We begin to see His holiness, His faithfulness, His mercy, and His unfailing love. Moses understood this when he prayed:
đź“– Exodus 33:13
“Now therefore, if I have found favor in your sight, please show me now your way, that I may know you.”
Moses was not satisfied with merely seeing God’s works. He wanted to know God’s heart. This is the invitation God gives to every believer. Christianity is not simply learning facts about God; it is growing in relationship with Him.
As we spend time in His Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with Him, our understanding deepens. We begin to recognize His voice more clearly and trust His guidance more fully.
đź“– Jeremiah 29:13
“You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart.”
God does not hide Himself from those who sincerely seek Him. He delights in revealing Himself to His children. The greatest treasure is not merely receiving answers from God, but knowing God Himself. And the more we know Him, the more confidence, peace, and joy fill our hearts.
🙌 Therefore: Fear not — as you seek the Lord with all your heart, you will discover that His wisdom, love, and faithfulness are far greater than you ever imagined.
