🕊️ Do Not Fear – Your Responsibility Is Faithfulness, Not the Outcome

When Jesus sent out His disciples, He gave them an important mission: they were to proclaim the kingdom of God. At the same time, He made it clear that not everyone would accept their message. Therefore, He told them to move on if people rejected what they had to say.

This is an important reminder for every Christian. Our responsibility is to faithfully share the good news of Jesus. Whether people accept or reject the message is not in our hands. We often become discouraged when people refuse to listen or reject the gospel. Yet Jesus teaches us here that we are not responsible for the response of others.

📖 1 Corinthians 3:6
“I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.”

We can sow the seed, but only God can change a human heart.

Shaking the dust off their feet was not an act of hatred or bitterness. Rather, it was a sign that the disciples had fulfilled their responsibility. They were not to remain discouraged but to continue the mission God had entrusted to them. We too can learn to entrust people to God after faithfully sharing our testimony.

📖 Ezekiel 3:19
“But if you warn the wicked and he does not turn from his wickedness or from his evil way, he shall die for his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.”

At times we experience rejection, ridicule, or indifference. That can be painful. Yet even Jesus Himself was rejected by many. Still, He never stopped proclaiming the truth.

📖 John 1:11
“He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.”

When people do not accept your words, it does not mean that you have failed. Success in God's kingdom is not measured by how many people listen, but by whether we remain faithful to the Lord.

🙌 Therefore: Do not fear—God has called you to sow faithfully. The hearts of people are in His hands, and in His perfect time He will bring forth the fruit.
